These experiences led me to pursue my Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, where I specialized in pastry and dessert techniques.

After spending years honing my skills in renowned kitchens across the country, I realized something important: the joy of baking shouldn't be locked away in professional kitchens.
